Mechanism Sand is also called artificial sand. It is made by sand maker, crushing the stone into sand particle size such as coarse sand(3.1-3.7mm),medium sand(2.3-3.0mm),fine sand(1.7-2.2mm), and extra-fine sand(0.7-1.5) in accordance with GB/T14684. It is widely used in the aggregate needed from concrete mixing plant, waterconservancy and hydropower projects, railway, highway, bridge and airport runway.
With the development of construction industry, mechanism sand is used widely in various applications, which includes:
1. Mixed Sand, Mixed by mechanism sand and extra-fine sand.
2. Sand Concrete, Concrete with the aggregate of mechanism sand.
3. Mixed Sand Concrete, Concrete with the aggregate of mixed sand concrete.
4. Plastic Concrete, Concrete mixture with slump concrete of 10-90 mm
5. Big Liquidity Concrete, Concrete mixture with slump concrete equal to or greater
than 160 mm
6. Pumping Concrete, concrete mixture slump is not less than 100 mm and pumping construction of concrete.
Where there is rock, where we can produce sand by machine. The raw material contains
hillstone, cobble, pebbles, granite, basalt, limestone, quartz, andesite, rhyolite, diorite, diabase, etc. Many clients use cobble, pebble, granite, basalt for the production of high quality sand. In addition, slag, tailings, construction waste, gangue, blast furnace slag, etc., can also be used for sand production, which makes the resources reuse.
The mechanism sand can be produced by DMAN Sand Maker. If the material size is bigger than 50mm, we can use the Cone Crusher or Impact Crusher to do fine crushing. If the material size is bigger than 500mm, we can use Jaw Crusher to do the primary crushing. The feeding size of our Jaw Crusher is as big as 1500mm.
