The intelligent automatic feeding system can adjust feeding speed and crushing force according to material hardness and feeding volume, avoiding material blocking and idle operation. The built-in high-precision screening module separates qualified finished materials from unqualified coarse materials automatically. Unqualified materials will be sent back to the crushing cavity for secondary circular crushing without manual handling, raising the material utilization rate to over 98%. The integrated circular crushing mode greatly simplifies production processes, reduces labor and maintenance costs, and significantly improves solid waste recycling efficiency.
Furthermore, the real-time intelligent monitoring system continuously tracks equipment temperature, current, vibration and other core data, realizing automatic early warning and overload shutdown to ensure safe and stable operation. It is perfectly adaptable to mobile crushing sites and fixed recycling production lines.
