Jaw crushers are mainly applied in primary crushing to prepare materials for secondary crushing, suitable for processing both hard and brittle materials.
A jaw crusher consists of two jaws: one fixed jaw and one movable jaw. It works through the reciprocating movement of the movable jaw, which compresses and crushes rocks or ores against the fixed jaw. Materials are fed from the top, crushed into smaller pieces during compression, and then discharged from the bottom once the movable jaw retracts. The final discharge size is controlled by the gap between the two jaws.
DMAC Jaw Crusher features a deep, V-shaped crushing chamber with no dead zone, enabling it to handle feed sizes up to more than 1200 mm, delivering strong crushing capacity.
